Finally started to do some workout, just before my 33rd birthday. Of course there needs to be some level of technology involved. Besides the iPod Nano, Nike+ (nikeplus) workout kit, the MIO Shape Select (to stay in the right heartbeat range), i also got the JVC Ear Clip Headphone (HA-E130S) for a more convenient way of keeping earplugs ... in my ear while running.
Very nice to work with a healthy mind on a (more) health body (Mens sana in corpore sano). Let's start keeping the Tomb of the soul sound and clean and just go for that almost spiritual (trance-like) experience when being conscious of your own body.
